Since it was Independence Day, I made pork ribs. Instead of barbecuing them this time, I cooked them in the oven. I find this method to be much faster and nearly as good as cooking them on a barbecue.
For the sides, I made shoestring fries, and Mom made whomp biscuits and corn.
It was a simple meal that didn't need utensils. Best of all, I have something to take for lunch tomorrow.
